Nakano Pottery Kiln
"1, Raku 2, Hagi 3, Karatsu"
Karatsu ware is still rooted in techniques that are said to have been introduced from the Joseon Dynasty (according to one theory, South China). In particular, the technique of making kick potter's wheel and hammering is a technique that has been handed down from old Karatsu and is still used today.
